How MIS Holdings is rebuilding Syria's digital infrastructure

Inside the technology group behind Syria's payment gateways, digital wallets, remittance rails and enterprise platforms — and what it takes to build production infrastructure in a recovering market.

By MIS Holdings

Syria is entering a rebuilding phase in which digital infrastructure is no longer optional. Banks need modern core integrations, merchants need card and wallet acceptance, and families abroad need compliant remittance rails.

What we operate today

MIS Holdings International LLC, through its technology division NoDust.ai, runs eight production platform lines covering payment gateway, digital wallet, remittance, event technology, AI recruitment, logistics, APIs and custom enterprise software. Every platform shares one double-entry ledger, one identity layer and one security model.

Why local delivery matters

Our engineering team is based in Damascus, with commercial operations in Dubai and a US entity in Delaware. That combination lets us deliver systems that respect local regulation, local languages and local settlement realities while meeting international engineering standards.

Where we are heading

The next phase is deeper bank integration, broader merchant acceptance and API infrastructure that lets existing institutions modernise without replacing their core systems.
